Julian Horner

Pastor Horner was ordained by Classen Blvd. Baptist Church in 1995, and has been responsible for the pastoral and preaching ministry since 2005.

Julian holds a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. His theological and ministerial training was conducted and overseen within the context of the local church by the late Frank Boydstun, Sr.

He and his wife Lana have been blessed with eight children.
